Private & Group Practice Consulting for Therapists & Psychologists

Private practice consulting, coaching, and mentorship for therapists and psychologists building solo or group practices in Colorado and nationwide.

You’ve got the clinical skills. You know how to hold space, slay trauma, and show up for hard conversations. But everything else?

How to get more clients? The struggle is real.
Fully private pay practice? Existential crisis.
Practice startup? Overwhelming is an understatement.
Therapist digital marketing? A bit of a dumpster fire.

Private practice means you’re suddenly not just a mental health professional - you’re also a supervisor, operations, scheduling, billing, IT, and marketing. Oh, and somehow you’re supposed to look good doing it on Instagram.

Let’s work together to build something that supports YOU!

Hi, I’m Dr. Stacie (she/her)

I’m a trauma-informed consultant, clinical leader, and lifelong small business owner with over 10 years in the mental health field. I’ve held senior leadership roles, developed clinical training programs from the ground up, and served as a consultant for national behavioral health organizations. I’ve transitioned entire clinical teams from in-person to remote in less than 24-hours (thanks, pandemic) and helped clinicians build private practices that are sustainable, ethical, and aligned with their values.

But here’s something else you should know: this isn’t my first business-rodeo. It’s my fourth.

Before becoming a Clinical Psychologist, I ran two successful photography companies. I’m also the owner of MTN Design Co., a digital marketing company for fellow therapists. I bring over a decade of experience, strategy, clarity, and a deep understanding of what it means to be both a clinician and a human running a practice. I want to help you build something that’s truly yours and not just held together by caffeine and Canva templates. Although, caffeine and Canva are pretty cool so no shade there.

Bring the chaos and questions. I’ll bring the solutions.
